Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or taste preference.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@lactationlove.com.au with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.
